Tired of stepping on LEGO minifigs? Can’t find your car keys? Desk totally a mess? I have had the same stinkin’ issues. Day in, day out, that is the story of my life. When I saw these little pastel house-shaped shelves at Target, I knew they’d be at home in a playroom or nursery, but with the help of a little bit of spray paint, these became a true focal point in three different rooms of my house.
This was SUCH a simple DIY that even if you aren’t a huge DIY fan, you can make this happen for your home, too! I have shared all the details on how to make it happen over at TargetMadeMeDoIt.com, so head over and check it out!
This DIY is super charming, and I know you’re going to get tons of compliments. I feel like it’s made me way more organized by keeping everything right where it should be, and the silver paint fits right in with my home decor! The great thing is, with it being spray painted, you can actually make it any color you’d like, from bright white to brushed bronze, hot pink to soft green.
(Hint: You’ll need a shelf, some spray paint, and a few extra accessories, depending on what you’re using the shelf for, like cork board for the command center or LEGO pieces for the minifig display).
