Looking for an easy dip that will be a stunner? Want to make sure no one else will have the same dip as you do? This Raspberry Black Bean Dip is spicy and sweet, and it’s a perfect fit for any party, but it’s so simple that no one will believe the minimal effort!
Only 5 ingredients to make the perfect black bean dip. Start with a diced onion, a can of Black Beans, some Crystal Farms cream cheese and Pepper Jack cheese, and Fiesta Juan’s Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce. If you find a similar raspberry jalapeno sauce near you, you can use that, but otherwise, this one is 12 ounces of heaven right here in the Kansas City area. You can order Fiesta Juan’s online, or buy it in many Kansas City area grocery stores (in the marinades and sauces section!)
Start by layering your diced onions on the bottom of the pan. Pour your (drained!!!) can of black beans over the top of the onions, then dice cream cheese over the top of the black beans.
Pour your entire 12.5 ounce jar of Fiesta Juan’s Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce onto the dip. This will add both sweet and spice to the mix. Finish by placing torn slices of pepper jack cheese over the top of the raspberry jalapeno sauce, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes, which will melt the cheese and cream cheese, and help the flavors integrate.
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 Can Black Beans, Drained
- 1 (8 oz) block Cream Cheese
- 1 (12.5 oz) jar Fiesta Juan's Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce (or comparable substitute)
- 4-5 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- Layer onions, black beans, cream cheese, jalapeno sauce, and pepper jack cheese in pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
